Real-time data collection from machines and sensors, OEE and quality analytics, production automation and MES integration.
Unlocking hidden capacity in production requires data: when a machine stops, why scrap occurs, where the bottlenecks are. We connect machines, PLCs and sensors to a central data platform and turn the data into clear dashboards and alerts.
On top of the collected data we build AI-based analytics – such as predictive maintenance or anomaly detection – and automate manual administrative steps in production.

Frequently asked questions
Can data be collected from older machines?
Yes. If a machine has no communication interface, valuable data can still be collected with retrofitted sensors (current draw, vibration, part counters).
Where is production data stored?
On the factory's own servers (on-premise) or in a secure cloud, as required – production data typically stays on site.
